It’s almost hard to believe we are heading into this territory, where we will have AI compute nodes attached to our homes draining 200 amps while we sleep.
How did AI become so important, this fast, that this is necessary?!

Ahh never heard of this until now. Wow, no way. So many pitfalls on this is unbelievable. Like what happens when thieves figure out they can break into the unit and steal the GPU’s. Even beyond that, I just flat out no. I never trust the smart monitor to be fair and beat it cook to the benefit of the corp.
Also, what if folks are using electric base board heating or several portable electric heating units. You could easily need almost all the 200 amps for home needs. Now what happens with the AI data center on your house. Does it say no more power for you, too bad.
Heck, why would any town/village/local gov allow this other then they can claim you house is now a million dollar plus house for property taxes.
The more I think about this, the more this is just so wrong in so many way.
The more I see,read and watch about all this, the more it feel like we are being turned into 21 century version of serifs from the middle ages.
Absolutely insane, the direction we’re headed. No one is asking for this, and it’s unfortunate that many people will just accept it as the new norm-- especially if it means they’re getting a slightly cheaper electric bill and WiFi. Thank you for continuing to inform us.

Like I said in the video, I sure hope this doesn’t become the norm… where our homes, our phones our cars are all AI data center connected and burning cycles for AI when we are sleeping.
I mean, I love decentralised infrastructure. But there are other options to do it. Depending on the purpose, there are many things you can participate in, and those projects are voluntary and you stay in control.
For example Meshcore or Meshtastic. If you like decentralised communication.
Many open source environmental data collection projects, that support weather forecasting.
And even projects that decentralise computing power.
The problem here is that you have no say in the matter, as soon as you agree the first time. And like with so many companies, you probably get spied on. Otherwise this could never be profitable.
