Wuxn went out of business in 2023. Their website and Instagram went with their closing. Last post on their Facebook Wuxn (@wuxn3d) was May 3, 2024 Sorry :-/ A guy has created Wuxn wxr 3d printer user group and support on FB https://www.facebook.com/groups/1235086691289670/ Hope that helps.
